Krumlis-tökös fasírtka

Hozzávalók:

  • 0,5 kg nyers hámozott, reszelt krumpli
  • 1kg hámozott kimagozott, reszelt tök
  • 1 teáskanál ételízesítő
  • csipet só
  • 20 dkg zsemlyemorzsa
  • 15 dkg liszt, 2 tojás
  • 2 db közepes vöröshagyma reszelve
  • 4 gerezd fokhagyma apróra zúzva
  • 0,5 gr majoránna
  • 0,5 gr oregano
  • 0,5 gr fekete őrölt bors
  • 5 szál kapor apróra vágva
  • Sütéshez 1 dl olaj

Nehézség: Egyszerű Laktóz mentes: igen

Elkészítés:

A reszelt krumplit, tököt, ételízesítőt, sót, zsemle morzsát, lisztet, tojást, vöröshagymát, kaprot, fokhagymát, majoránnát, oreganot,őrölt borsot, mély tálba tesszük és jól össze dolgozzuk.

Majd egy nagy serpenyőbe a fele olajat bele öntjük, és felhevítjük, közben vizes kézzel kis gombócokat formálunk a  masszából, és kissé meglapítjuk.

Majd mindkét felét 5-5 perc alatt meg sütjük, ha megsült papírtörlővel bélelt tányérba szedjük őket, hogy a fölösleges olajat beszívja róla.

Amikor úgy látjuk,hogy az olajat pótolni kell a maradékot bele öntjük a serpenyőbe és tovább folytatjuk a sütést.
Natúrban is nagyon finom de főzelékekhez is lehet tálalni.

Tipp / megjegyzés:
Hidegen is fogyasztható, nagyon finom egyszerű az elkészítése laktató és kiadós is.
UI: A serpenyő mérettől függ az elkészítési idő,mert nagy méretű serpenyőbe 9 db fér bele, enyém akkora méretű. :)
