Túrós pogácsa másképpen
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A sajt kivételével az összes hozzávalót egy tálba tesszük és bedagasztjuk a tésztát. Letakarva 45 percig langyos helyen kelesztjük.
Ha megkelt, lisztezett deszkán vékonyra kinyújtjuk. Megszórom a reszelt sajttal, és mint a bejglit feltekerjük.
10 percet letakarva pihentetjük.
Másfél ujjnyi vastagra nyújtjuk, majd 4 – 5 cm átmérőjű szaggatóval kiszúrjuk. A pogácsákat sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk,és letakarva még 15 percig pihentetjük.
Fehérjével lekenjük, sajttal megszórjuk, és betesszük a 180fokra előmelegített sütőbe ahol kb. 25 perc alatt megsülnek, és gyönyörű arany színt kapnak.
