Elkészítés:
A combokat megmossuk és ízlés szerint befűszerezzük.
A savanyú káposzta levét kinyomkodjuk (ha nagyon savanyú átmossuk), ezután a tepsi alján egyenletesen eloszlatjuk és rátesszük a zsírt.
A krumplit megpucoljuk majd karikára vágjuk és befűszerezzük. Eloszlatjuk a káposztás réteg tetején.
A combokat ráfektetjük a burgonya tetejére.
Alufóliával lefedjük majd 180 fokon kb. 1 órát sütjük. Ezután levesszük a fóliát a tetejéről és 10-15perc alatt pirosra sütjük.
