Hozzávalók:Tésztalapokhoz:

Elkészítés:
A tojást cukorral kihabosítjuk.
A lisztet, a sütőport, a szódát és a kakaót összekeverjük, és hozzászitáljuk a tojásos alaphoz. A tepsit (27×37 cm) sütőpapírral kibéleljük, beleöntjük a tésztát és elsimítjuk. A sütőt 180 fokra előmelegítjük és 10 perc alatt megsütjük. Majd ugyanígy elkészítjük és megsütjük a másik lapot is és hagyjuk hűlni a rácson.
Elkészítjük a krémet.
A tejben elkeverjük a pudingot, és hozzákeverjük a kakaót is. Sűrű péppé főzzük és hagyjuk kihűlni.
Addig a puha vajat a porcukorral kihabosítjuk és hozzákanalazzuk a kihűlt pudingot. A csokoládét vízgőz felett megolvasztjuk és a krémbe forgatjuk. Végül hozzáadjuk a rumot, majd hűtőbe rakjuk 2-3 órára.
Amikor minden elkészült összeállítjuk a süteményt.
A első lapot lekenjük forró lekvárral. Majd rákenjük a csokoládés krémet és befedjük a második lappal. Letakarjuk sütőpapírral, rátesszük a vágódeszkát és 2 kg lisztet.
Hűtőbe tesszük pár órára vagy egy éjszakára.
A tejszínhabot felverjük, a felébe kakaót keverünk. A fehér habbal bevonjuk a sütemény tetejét, majd a kakaós habbal díszítjük.
