Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit tegyük a kenyérsütőgép üstjébe, majd dagasszuk be a tésztát. Ezután tegyük át a tésztacipót egy kilisztezett kelesztőtálba, majd letakarva, meleg helyen kb. egy óra alatt kelesszük a duplájára. (természetesen kézzel is megdagaszthatjuk a tésztát)
A megkelt tésztát lisztezett deszkán nyújtsuk ki téglalap alakúra, majd vágjuk fel 7×7 cm-es kockákra. (15-16 db legyen)
Minden tésztakocka közepére tegyünk egy kanál ízlés szerinti lekvárt, majd a két szélét behajtva formázzunk belőle gombócokat.
A megformázott gombócokat először forgassuk meg az olvasztott vajban, majd hempergessük a darált dióba.
Az elkészült gombócokat tegyük egy sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe, szorosan egymás mellé. Konyharuhával letakarva, szobahőmérsékleten kelesszük még 15-20 percig.
Tegyük a tepsit előmelegített sütőbe, majd közepes hőmérsékleten süssük 25-30 percig. (én légkeverésnél 150 fokon, 25 percig sütöttem)
A sütési idő felénél takarjuk le egy sütőpapírral, így a teteje nem fog megégni.
Ha megsült, vegyük ki a sütőből, és hagyjuk langyosra hűlni.
