Hozzávalók:

  • 25 dkg tehéntúró
  • 25 dkg finomliszt
  • 1 kk. szódabikarbóna
  • 1 csipet só
  • 2 db tojás
  • 2 dl tejföl
  • 2 tk. cukor
  • 1 db jól megmosott narancs reszelt héja

Elkészítés:

Az alapanyagokat egy tálba tesszük, és alaposan összekeverjük.

A masszát egy lisztezett deszkára tesszük, kinyújtjuk, és lisztbe mártott fánk szaggatóval kiszaggatjuk. Forró olajban, lassú tűznél kisütjük a fánkokat.

Elég ragacsos a tészta, így lehet vizes kézzel is formázni, vagy kanállal az olajba szaggatni.
