A szalonnát kipirítjuk, megdinszteljük rajta a vöröshagymát. Rádobjuk a fokhagymát, chilit és a kolbászt.
Pár percig pirítjuk majd hozzá adjuk a babot és a kukoricát.
Sózzuk, borsozzuk majd rátesszük a paradicsompürét és 5-6 percet pirítjuk.
Hozzáöntjük a ketchupot és egyet forralunk rajta. Ízlés szerint kevés cukorral ízesíthetjük.
A tésztát kifőzzük, lecsepegtetjük és összeforgatjuk a raguval. Tálaláskor reszelt sajttal megszórjuk.
