Elkészítés:
A vizet és a vajat egy kis lábosban összeforraljuk. Apránként, folytonos keverés mellett beleöntjük a lisztet, közben folyamatosan kevergetjük. Akkor jó ha összeáll, és elválik az edény falától. Ekkor levesszük a tűzről. Egyenként belekeverjük a 4 egész tojást úgy, hogy mindegyikkel külön-külön kikeverjük.
Nyomózsákba töltjük a masszát, majd sütőpapíros lemezre diónyi halmokat nyomunk belőle. Előmelegített sütőben 180 fokon 10- 15 perc alatt aranyszínűre sütjük. A SÜTŐ AJTÓT SÜLÉS ALATT NEM SZABAD KINYITNI, ÉS HA MEGSÜLT A TÉSZTA MÉG 10 PERCIG A LEZÁRT LÁNGÚ SÜTŐBEN TARTJUK! Így lesz szép üreges a tésztánk belseje.
A kihűlt fánkok tetejét levágjuk.
A tejben sűrűre főzzük a pudingot, és a levágott tetejű már kihűlt tésztákat megtöltjük a meleg krémmel.Rátesszük a tetejét és megszórjuk a porcukorral, majd ha kihűlt, fogyasztásig a hűtőbe tesszük.
