Gombapaprikás penne tésztával

Elkészítés:
A hagymát megpucolom, apróra vágom, kevés olajon üvegesre pirítom. Hozzáadom a gombát és azzal is dinsztelem, egy rövid ideig.
Vizet öntök alá nem kell sok, mert hamar megfől a gomba ha konzerv. Befűszerezem.
A tésztát, sós olajos vízben megfőzöm, leszűrőm.
Ha megfőtt a gomba és kevés a víz alatta, megcsinálom a habarást. Egy kis tálba kevés vizet öntök a lisztet simára kikeverem, és beleöntöm a tejfölt, azzal is jól kikeverem. (fontos, hogy ne legyen csomós)
Lehúzom a lángról a gombát és belekeverem a habarást, és visszateszem pár percre összeforrani.
Elzárom a lángot. A paprikást a tésztával tálalom.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Ha van otthon főzőtejszín érdemes azzal csinálni, mert finom, selymes lesz tőle a paprikás szaftja.
