Hozzávalók:(20×30 cm-es tepsihez) A tésztához:
A krémhez:

Elkészítés:
A lapokkal kezdünk. A tojásokat a cukrokkal, és rummal habosra keverjük, majd hozzáadjuk a sütőporral elkevert lisztet is.
A két tepsit kibéleljük sütőpapírral.
A tészta masszát elfelezzük. Az egyik felébe a rumos meggyet teszünk, a másikba a tortadarát. Egyenként 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 15 perc alatt megsütjük őket.
A sütőpapírt lehúzzuk róluk és hagyjuk kihűlni.
Amíg a lapok sülnek és hűlnek elkészítjük a krémet.
A tejszínt a cukorral összeforraljuk. A csokoládét beletördeljük, a kakaóport is hozzá adjuk, majd sűrűre felfőzzük.
Tűzről levéve a vajat is belekeverjük. Kihűtjük majd kihabosítjuk.
A sütemény összeállítása:
Egy tálcára tesszük a meggyes lapot, rákenjük a krém felét, majd megpakoljuk a rumos megy lébe mártott piskóta tallérokkal. Rásimítjuk a maradék krémet majd befedjük a második lappal.
Bevonjuk a vízgőz felett megolvasztott 1ek. olajjal elkevert étcsokoládéval. majd a fehér csokoládédéval díszítjük.
