A tojások sárgáját és fehérjét szétválasztjuk.
A fehérjét keverőtálba tesszük, hozzáadjuk a sót, és habverővel addig verjük, míg kemény hab nem lesz belőle.
Akkor a kristálycukrot kanalanként hozzáadjuk, utána egyesével hozzáadjuk a tojásokat.
A lisztet elkeverjük a sütőporral és óvatosan hozzáadjuk a masszához.
A sütőt előmelegítjük, egy 34 cm-es tepsi alját kiolajozzuk és teszünk bele sütőpapírt (az oldalára nem kell) és beleöntjük a masszát.
A sütőben kb 40 perc alatt készre sütjük.
A krémhez a hulalát lábasba öntjük, beletesszük a összedarabolt csokit és a kakaót, és tűzön felolvasztjuk a tejszínben a csokoládét.
Teljesen kihűtjük. A zselatint elkészítjük a rajta levő utasítások szerint.
A kihűlt tejszínt kemény habbá verjük, és hozzáadjuk a zselatint, hűtőben dermesztjük.
A kihűlt piskótát középen kettévágjuk.
A két piskótát megint kettévágjuk, az első piskótára rákenjük a krémet és így tovább, míg el nem fogy a 4 lap. A tetejét nem kell krémmel megkenni.
A tetejére a sportszeletet darabolunk, az olajjal és a vízzel tűzön felolvasztjuk és a torta tetejére kenjük, és az oldalát bevonjuk tortadarával.
A tetejét kirakjuk cukorral
