Hozzávalók:A kókuszos részhez:

Elkészítés:
(Kis tepsi mérete: 15cm x 26cm)
Először a kókuszos részt készítjük el: A lisztet a tejben csomómentesen elkeverjük, majd beletesszük a kristálycukrot, vaníliás cukrot és az egészet jól összefőzzük (de nem forraljuk). Utána félre tesszük hűlni. Mikor már kihűlt hozzáadjuk a zselatint és a kókuszreszeléket. Jól össze keverjük.
Második lépésként a kekszes részt készítjük el: A vízbe beletesszük a kristálycukrot, a kakaóport és a margarint és az egészet pár perc alatt összefőzzük. A kétféle kekszet egy tálba összekeverjük és a még forró kakaós-margarinos masszát ráöntjük. Végül ízesítjük rumaromával. Az egészet jól összekeverjük és félre tesszük hűlni.
Folpackkal kibélelt kis tepsibe először a kókuszos masszának a felét egyenletesen elsimítjuk, majd rákenjük egyenletesen a kekszes-kakaós masszát, és végül pedig erre rásimítjuk a megmaradt kókuszos masszát.
Betesszük a hűtőbe dermedni egy egész éjszakára.
Másnap egyforma kockákra felszeleteljük és a tetejét megszórjuk kókuszreszelékkel.
