Egy edényben feltesszük a tej zömét forrni. A sárgabarackokat szeletekre vágjuk.
Kevés hideg tejben a pudingot csomó mentesre keverjük, adunk hozzá kevés cukrot (el is hagyható), csepegtetünk bele citromot, majd a forró tejhez öntjük. Állandó keverés mellett addig főzzük, míg a kívánt sűrűséget elérjük.
