Hozzávalók:

  • 50 dkg finomliszt
  • 25 dkg Rama margarin
  • 10 dkg porcukor
  • 2 dkg vaníliás cukor
  • 1 csipet só
  • 1,5 dl tejföl
  • 2,5 dkg élesztő
  • 1 db tojás

A töltelékhez:

  • 40 dkg darált dió
  • 2 citrom reszelt héja
  • 60 dkg baracklekvár

A tetejére:

  • 20 dkg étcsokoládé vagy tortabevonó
  • 2 ek étolaj

Elkészítés:

A tejfölt meglangyosítjuk, belemorzsoljuk az élesztőt, hozzáadjuk a tojást és elkeverjük.

A lisztet elmorzsoljuk a Rama margarinnal. Hozzáadjuk a sót, porcukrot, vaníliás cukrot és az élesztős tejfölt.

Összegyúrjuk a tésztát, majd négy egyenlő részre osztjuk. Letakarva langyos helyen 40-50 percet kelesztjük.

A cipókból négy lapot nyújtunk a tepsink méretének megfelelően.

A lapokat sorban megkenjük a lekvárral, megszórjuk a reszelt citromhéjjal és a darált dióval.

Előmelegített sütőben közepes lángon 25-30 percig sütjük. Hagyjuk kihűlni.

A csokit gőz felett felolvasztjuk,elkeverjük az olajjal és bevonjuk vele a sütink tetejét.

Tegyük a hűtőbe szeletelés előtt.
