Elkészítés:
A fokhagymát apróra vágjuk vagy lereszeljük. A tarjaszeleteket enyhén kiklopfoljuk, az inas, hártyás részeket bevagdossuk.
A hússzeleteket bedörzsöljük sóval, borssal, flekken fűszerrel, chilivel és a fokhagymával. Kevés olajat öntünk rá és a hűtőbe tesszük egy órára. Még jobb, ha a húst előző nap bepácoljuk.
A húst grillen vagy serpenyőben kevés olajon átsütjük.
Petrezselymes újburgonyát készítettem mellé. Jó étvágyat kívánok hozzá!
