Az almát lereszeljük, a levét kinyomkodjuk, majd fahéjjal és a cukorral ízesítjük.
A lisztet a zsiradékkal gyorsan elmorzsoljuk, majd a többi hozzávalóval begyúrjuk a tésztát.
Két egyforma cipót formálunk belőle és hűvös helyen, fél órát pihentetjük.
A mazsolát beáztatjuk,lecsepegtetjük.
A tésztából két lapot nyújtunk a tepsink méretére.
A tepsibe helyezzük az egyik lapot, megszórjuk a darált dióval, ráhalmozzuk a tölteléket,rászórjuk a mazsolát majd befedjük a másik lappal.
Felvert egész tojással lekenjük, villával megszurkáljuk, majd sütőben, 180 fokon, 35-40 perc alatt készre sütjük.
