Hozzávalók:

  • 4 db csirkemell filé

A töltelékhez:

  • 2 db újhagyma
  • 1 db piros színű paprika (kaliforniai / pritamin / kápia)
  • 1 db zöld színű paprika (kaliforniai vagy hegyes erős)
  • 10 dkg sonka
  • 20 dkg füstölt sajt
  • só

A panírozáshoz:

  • finomliszt
  • tojás
  • zsemlemorzsa

A sütéshez:

  • étolaj
Elkészítési idő: 30 perc Fogyókúrás: nem

Elkészítés:

A csirkemelleket szétnyitjuk, kiklopfoljuk, sózzuk.

A paprikákat és az újhagymát vékony csíkokra, a sajtot és a sonkát négy szeletbe vágjuk.

A kiterített csirkemellek egyik oldalára teszünk egy szelet sajtot. Erre 3-4 csíkot a paprikákból és a hagymából, majd betakarjuk egy szelet sonkával.

A csirkemelleket összehajtjuk és bepanírozzuk. Lassú tűzön bő olajban kisütjük.
