Elkészítés:
Egy 39×36 cm-es tepsit sütőpapírral kibélelünk.
A 7 tojást egy tálba feltörjük, hozzá adjuk a 8 ek.cukrot, majd elektromos habverővel fehéredésig verjük. Hozzáadunk 3 ek. meleg vizet, és elkeverjük.
A 8 ek. lisztet szódabikarbónával elkeverjük, hozzá adjuk a mandula-aromát, óvatosan elkeverjük, és a sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe egyenletesen belesimítjuk.
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 20 perc alatt készre sütjük.
A másik piskóta alapot ugyanígy elkészítjük, csak abba vérnarancs aromát keverünk.
A pudingot, a cukorral, és a tejjel,simára keverjük,majd sűrűre főzzük, és langyosra hűtjük.
Hozzáadjuk a Mascarponet, a mazsolát,és jól összedolgozzuk.
Az egyik piskótalapot visszahelyezzük a tepsibe, majd elsimítjuk rajta a krémet. Befedjük a másik lappal, és pár órára, vagy egy éjszakára hűtőbe tesszük.
Vaníliás porcukorral megszórva, kockákra szeletelve tálaljuk.

A megmaradt sütit, mindig hűvös helyen tároljuk tovább.
