Baconos hagymás krumpli lángos

Baconös hagymás krumpli lángos

Hozzávalók:

A lángoshoz:

  • 1 kg burgonya /vagy maradék főtt krumpli/
  • 1 fej vöröshagyma
  • 20 dkg bacon szalonna
  • só
  • őrölt fekete bors
  • 3-4 gerezd fokhagyma
  • 20 dkg finom liszt /amennyit a krumpli felvesz/

A mártogatóshoz:

  • 4 dl joghurt
  • 2-3 gerezd fokhagyma
  • 1 szál újhagyma
  • 3-4 levél medvehagyma /elhagyható/
  • 1/2 szál póréhagyma
  • só
  • őrölt fekete bors

A sütéshez:

  • étolaj

Elkészítés:

A hagymákat apróra a bacont vékony csíkokra vágjuk. A burgonyát héjában megfőzzük.

A burgonyát megtisztítjuk, még melegen krumplinyomón áttörjük. A bacont kipirítjuk, hozzáadjuk a vöröshagymát és a fokhagymát. Két-három percig dinszteljük.

Az áttört burgonyához adjuk, sózzuk, borsozzuk. Annyi lisztet adunk hozzá, hogy gyúrható tésztát kapjunk.

Egyforma gombócokat formálunk belőle, ellapítjuk és olajban kisütjük.

A joghurtot elkeverjük a hagymákkal, sóval és a borssal. A lángosokat a hagymás joghurttal tálaljuk.

Készíthetjük maradék főtt krumpliból is!

Adhatunk mellé más öntetet vagy mártogatóst is! /aki nem szereti vagy nem eheti a sok hagymát/
