Karamellszósz és karamellás tej
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
Fogjunk egy kis szószos lábast és tegyük fel a cukrot a vízzel együtt lassú tűzre karamellizálódni. Hagyjuk magára amíg szép borostyán színe nem lesz, ne kevergessük! Ez kb 20 percet vesz majd el az időnkből, de ne sajnáljuk.
Mialatt szépen barnul a cukrunk vágjuk félbe a vaníliarudat kaparjuk ki a magjait, majd vágjuk fel 1 cm-es darabokra a kikapart héjat.
Miután bebarnult és szép borostyán színt vett fel a szószunk adjuk hozzá folyamatos kevergetés közben a tejszínt, a vaníliamagokat, a vanília rudat és a citromlevet. Keverjük jól össze, adjuk hozzá a vajat és végül a Baileys-t is.
Vegyük le a tűzről és öntsük sterilizált üvegekbe, majd hagyjuk teljesen kihűlni. Ezután tegyük hűtőbe és 2 héten belül fogyasszuk el.
Ne ijedjetek meg a hűtőben meg fog keményedni, de felhasználás előtt alacsony hőmérsékleten felmelegítve újra folyékony lesz.
Karamellás tej készítése:
A karamellás tejhez vegyünk 3 dl tejet, amit forraljunk fel és adjunk hozzá 2 evőkanál karamellszószt. Öntsük bögrébe. Verjünk fel 2dl tejszínt kemény habbá kanalazzuk a tetejére ízlés szerint, majd díszítsük karamellszósszal a tetejét.
