Banános bumeráng

Elkészítés:
A vajas tésztát vékonyra kinyújtjuk. A banánokat félbevágjuk, és úgy rakosgatjuk a tésztára, hogy ne sok hulladék maradjon.
A banánok körül olyan fél centit ráhagyva körbevágjuk a tésztát, és a sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire rakosgatjuk.
Megkenjük a tetejüket mézzel és megszórjuk pici fahéjjal. 200 fokra előmelegített sütőben 10-15 perc alatt megsütjük.
Amikor kivesszük, még meglocsoljuk őket a maradék mézzel. Aki szeretné még porcukorral is megszórhatja.
Ha valami gyors édességet szeretnénk, ez jó ötlet és ugye a banán hasonlít a bumerángra, innen a név.
