Az apróra vágott mandulát egy kis serpenyőben 4-5 perc alatt megpirítjuk.
A pirított mandulát, a fagylalttal, a csokoládé kockákkal, a habtejszínnel és a tejjel együtt turmixgépbe tesszük, és összeturmixoljuk.
Az előkészített poharakba 2-3 jégkockát teszünk, ráöntjük a csokoládés italt és ízlés szerint tejszínhabbal, cseresznyével, és csokoládé reszelékkel díszítjük.
