Elkészítés:
Fél dl langyos tejben elkeverünk 1tk cukrot, belemorzsoljuk az élesztőt, elkeverjük, meleg helyen felfuttatjuk.
A diót megdaráljuk összekeverjük a cukorral.
A mákot szintén.
Egy tálba szitáljuk a liszteket, és összeforgatjuk a sóval.
Közepébe öntjük a felfutott élesztőt, a habtejszínt, a maradék tejet, a maradék cukrot, és a tojásokat. Elkezdjük dagasztani, majd mikor már kezd összeállni, apránként hozzáadagoljuk az olvasztott vajat, és simára dagasztjuk.
Tetővel lezárt kelesztőtálban, szobahőmérsékleten kb 1 óra alatt duplájára kelesztjük.
A megkelt tésztát a tálból enyhén lisztezett munkalapra fordítjuk, és 6 egyforma részre osztjuk. Gömbölyítjük, és letakarva 20 percet pihentetjük.
3 db dió, 3 db mák tölteléket kapott.
A tésztákat egyenként kinyújtjuk kb 27×35 cm-re. 3 darabra diós tölteléket és a mixet tesszük, a másik háromra a mákos tölteléket. A hosszabbik oldalánál fogva külön-külön szorosan feltekerjük.
Összesen 3 diós és 3 mákos tekercsünk lesz a végére. Összefonjuk a 3 diósat és 3 mákosat is.
Sütőpapírral bélelt szűk, 35×14 cm-es sütőformába (kenyérformába) helyezzük a kalácsokat.
A formákban még 30 percet pihentetjük, majd a tetejüket lekenjük felvert tojással és megszórjuk szeletelt mandulával.
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb 30 perc alatt megsütjük.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
A vörös és fekete mix: ezzel az elnevezéssel lehet vásárolni, aszalt vörös áfonya, aszalt fekete cseresznye és csokicsepp keveréke, 10dkg-os csomagolásban kapható, egy magyar cég terméke.
