A tojások fehérjéit a kristálycukorral gőz fölött felverjük.
Az élesztőt tejben felfuttatjuk, hozzáadjuk a lisztet, margarint, pici sót, tejfölt, tojássárgáját.
A kidolgozott tésztát 3 cipóba vesszük, egy cipót kinyújtunk, megkenjük a tojásfehérjés cukor harmadával, és megszórjuk a dió harmadával.(mindegyik cipóval így járunk el)
Feltekerjük mint a bejglit, majd ujjnyi darabokra vagdossuk, és nyolcas formára tekerjük.
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 15-20 perc alatt megsütjük.
