Elkészítés:
A burgonyát megtisztítjuk, apró kockára vágjuk.
A csirkecombokat a forgóknál ketté vágjuk. Aki nem szereti a bőrét, lehúzhatja.
A combokat 2-3 helyen bevágjuk /jobban átjárja a pác és könnyebben átsül/ sózzuk.
A fokhagymát átnyomjuk vagy apróra vágjuk és belekeverjük a tejbe. A combokat egy tálba tesszük, ráöntjük a fokhagymás tejet és 1-2 órára hűtőbe tesszük.
Még jobb ha előző nap bepácoljuk.
A burgonyát megfőzzük és még melegen áttörjük.
Belekeverjük a vajat a két egész tojást, ízesítjük a szerecsendióval borssal, ételízesítővel.
Csillagcsővel ellátott habzsákba töltjük és kivajazott vagy sütőpapírral kibélelt tepsire kis halmokat nyomunk. Előmelegített sütőben szép pirosra sütjük.
A combokat lecsöpögtetjük. A szokásos módon bepanírozzuk /liszt, tojás, zsemlemorzsa/ és bő olajban lassú tűzön megsütjük.
A combokat a burgonyával tálaljuk.
