Joghurtos-málnás zselé
Hozzávalók:
A málnás öntethez:
A díszítéshez:

Elkészítés:
A zselatint feloldjuk a forró vízben.
A joghurtot egy lábosba tesszük, hozzáadjuk a porcukrot, a málnát és a tejszínt, majd botmixerrel összedolgozzuk.
Langyosra melegítjük, majd belekeverjük a feloldott zselatint és poharakba adagoljuk. Hűtőbe tesszük, hogy megdermedjen.
Elkészítjük a málnás öntetet.
A málnát a vízzel és a cukorral feltesszük melegedni. Amikor összeesett, hozzáadjuk a vízben feloldott étkezési keményítőt, majd pár perc alatt besűrítjük.
Egy szitán átszűrjük, hogy a magok ne kerüljenek bele, majd a megdermedt joghurtos zselé tetején eloszlatjuk.
Fogyasztásig hűtőszekrénybe tesszük, majd ízlés szerint díszítve kínáljuk.
