Elkészítés:
A halfilét vágjuk fel kisebb kockákra. Az újhagymát szeleteljük fel vékonyan, a fokhagymát vágjuk fel apróra.
Az olívaolajat hevítsük fel egy wokba, (v. serpenyőbe) adjuk hozzá a vékonyra szeletelt újhagymát és kezdjük el párolni. Amikor már kellően összeesett, adjuk hozzá az apróra vágott fokhagymát, majd a felkockázott harcsafilét. Keverjük össze, és pirítsuk addig, még a hal húsa kifehéredik.
