Elkészítés:
A meggyet kimagozzuk és előkészítjük a hozzávalókat.
A lisztet egy mély tálba önjük, közepébe mélyedést készítünk, ebbe tesszük az összes hozzá valót. Addig gyúrjuk amíg sima tésztát nem kapunk.
Majd két részre osztjuk, cipót formálunk belőle,és 20-percet állni hagyjuk.
Egy 39×36 cm-es tepsit sütőpapírral kibélelünk, és félre tesszük.
Az egyik cipót lisztezett deszkán tepsi nagyságúra kinyújtjuk, és a tepsi aljába betesszük.Meghintjük a kókuszreszelék felével,erre jön a jól kinyomkodott meggy, majd a tetejét is meghintjük kókusszal.
A másik cipót is kinyújtjuk és a töltelékre fektetjük.Az oldalát kissé lenyomkodjuk, a tetejét villával megszurkáljuk.
Előmelegített sütőben, 200 fokon 35 perc alatt készre sütjük.
Tepsiben hagyjuk teljesen kihűlni, vaníliás porcukorral megszórjuk és kockára vágva tálaljuk.
