Hozzávalók:Tészta hozzávalói:
Krém hozzávalói:
Díszítés:

Elkészítés:
Először a mazsolát beáztatjuk a vízbe.
A tortaforma átmérője: 25 cm
Tészta hozzávalóiból piskóta tésztát sütünk.
A tojásokat szétválasztjuk.
A lisztbe belekeverjük a szódabikarbónát és a sütőport.
Tojás sárgájához hozzáadjuk a cukrot, majd habosra kikeverjük.
A tojásfehérjét robotgéppel kemény habbá felverjük.
A felvert kemény habba beleöntjük a cukros tojás sárgákat és finoman összekeverjük. Utána beleszitáljuk a sütőporos lisztet és óvatosan “levegősen” összekeverjük az egészet.
A kivajazott, lisztezett tortaformába bele öntjük a piskóta masszát. (Én sütőpapírt teszek a tetejére, hogy ne égjen meg a tészta) Előmelegített sütőben kb. 170-180 fokon megsütjük (tűpróba).
Miközben sül a tészta elkészítjük a krémet.
A tejet beleöntjük egy fazékba és a pudingporból és a cukorból egy sűrű pudingot főzünk. Teljesen kihűtjük. Narancsot jól megmossuk és a felének a levét kifacsarjuk, a héját lereszeljük, majd a kihűlt pudingba öntjük. A mazsoláról leöntjük a vizet és hozzáadjuk a pudinghoz, jól összekeverjük.
A vizet és mikróban felmelegítjük, majd bele tesszük a zselatint. Jól elkeverjük.
A pudingból 1 kanállal beleteszünk a zselatinos vízbe, jól elkeverjük, majd beleöntjük a pudingba, és az egészet jól összekeverjük.
Hulalát kemény habnak felverjük, majd belekeverjük a zselatinos pudingba és megint összekeverjük.
A megsült és a kihűlt piskótát három lapba felvágjuk. Mindegyik felvágott tészta lapot vastagon megkenjük a pudingos krémmel és egymásra helyezzük.
A torta tetejét és az oldalát is bekenjük (de már vékonyabban) a krémmel.
A hulalát kemény habbá felverjük és habzsákba töltjük, majd ízlés szerint díszítjük a tortát.Például narancs szeletekkel.
Hűtőbe tartjuk tálalásig.
Sok sikert a sütéshez! Jó étvágyat!
