A töltelékbe:

Elkészítés:
A hozzávalókból tésztát gyúrunk, majd kettő cipóvá osztjuk.
A meggyet szűrőre öntjük és lecsepegtetjük a levétől.
A tepsibe nyújtjuk a tészta egyik felét. A tepsit nem kell kizsírozni, hiszen a tészta zsíros.
A lecsepegtetett meggyet a tésztára rakjuk majd befedjük a másik kinyújtott tésztalappal. A tetejét villával megszurkáljuk és felvert tojással lekenjük.
Előmelegített sütőben 170 fokon kb 25-30 perc alatt megsütjük.
Porcukorral megszórva tálaljuk.
