A csirkemelleket szétnyitjuk, kiklopfoljuk, sózzuk. A csípős paprikát négy szeletbe, a paradicsomot karikákra vágjuk.
Mindegyik csirkemellre teszünk 1-1 szelet sonkát, sajtot, csípős paprikát és 2-2 karika paradicsomot.
A csirkemelleket összehajtjuk, lisztbe, tojásba, zsemlemorzsába forgatjuk, és bő olajban kisütjük.
Köretnek gombás rizst készítettem mellé.
