Elkészítés:
Tojásokat egy magas falú tálba felütjük, hozzá adjuk a cukrot, és fehéredésig keverjük.
Belekeverjük az olvasztott margarint. A lisztet összekeverjük a búzadarával, és a szódabikarbónával, majd a tojásos keverékbe forgatjuk.
Az előkészített reszelt almát cukorral dióval,rumaromával,fahéjjal ízesítjük, majd óvatosan a piskóta masszába keverjük.
Sütőpapírral bélelt 39×36 cm tepsibe simítjuk.
Elő melegített sütőben teljes lángon 40 perc alatt készre sütjük.
Ha langyosra hűlt fahéjas porcukorral, megszórjuk, kockára szeletelve tálaljuk.
