Sonkàs-kukoricàs töltött hàromszögek

Hozzávalók:

A tésztához:

  • 5 dl tej
  • 1 ek. cukor
  • 5 dkg élesztő
  • 80 dkg liszt
  • 1 ek. só (csapott)
  • 2 dl étolaj

A töltelékhez:

  • 2 gerezd fokhagyma
  • 1 nagy poharas tejföl
  • 30 dkg sonka
  • 10 dkg bacon
  • 2 db lilahagyma
  • 2 doboz kukoricakonzerv
  • 30 dkg reszelt  sajt

A tetejére:

  • 2 ek. tejföl
  • 1 db tojássárgája
  • szezámmag

Elkészítés:

1 dl cukorral elkevert langyos tejben felfuttatjuk az élesztőt, majd egy tálban összekeverjük a liszttel a sóval és az olajjal. Hozzáadjuk a maradék langyos tejet, és bedagasztjuk. Konyharuhával letakarva, meleg helyen egy óra alatt a duplájára kelesztjük.

Megfelezzük a tésztát, mindkettőt vékonyra kinyújtjuk, megkenjük zúzott fokhagyma és tejföl keverékével, majd rászórjuk a felaprított sonkát és bacont, a finomra vágott hagymát, a lecsepegtetett kukoricát és a reszelt sajtot. Ezután feltekerjük, megkenjük a tetejét tejföl és tojássárgája keverékével, megszórjuk szezámmaggal, majd háromszögeket vágunk belőle.

Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben 15-20 perc alatt készre sütjük.
