Szalonnás, fehérboros sült sertésborda
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A sertésbordát megmossuk, szárazra töröljük és kettévágjuk. A füstölt szalonnát felkockázzuk és megsütjük.
A bordákat hirtelen megsütjük a szalonna zsírján. Sózzuk borsozzuk, paprikázzuk, hozzáadjuk a köménymagot, a vöröshagymát és a fokhagymát is, majd felöntjük a fehérborral.
Fedő alatt, alacsony hőfokon (170 fok), lassan készre sütjük. Majd eltávolítjuk a fedőt, és ropogósra sütjük.
Én most párolt lila káposztával és knédlivel tálaltam. De ízlés szerint más körettel is elkészíthető.
