Tálaláskor szedek a tányérra tortellinit, megpakolom a hozzávalókkal, fűszerezem, meglocsolom ketchuppal, chili szósszal, locsolok rá olívaolajat, és szórok rá reszelt sajtot.
Középre teszek egy cseresznyepaprikát és petrezselyemlevelet.
