Hozzávalók:(18 cm-es kapcsos tortaformához) A tésztához:
A csokikrémhez:

Elkészítés:
A tortagyűrűt tortatálra helyezzük, az alja most nem kell. A tésztához a hozzávalókat összegyúrjuk és kézzel belenyomkodjuk a gyűrű által határolt belső részbe.
A csokoládét 1,5 dl tejszínnel, a cukorral, a vajjal és a vaníliakivonattal felmelegítjük, majd langyosra hűtjük.
A maradék 2 dl tejszínt habverővel keményre verjük, hozzáöntjük az olvasztott csokoládét.
Szintén habverővel alaposan összekeverjük és a tésztára simítjuk.
1-2 órára hűtőbe tesszük.
Ha megdermedt a krém, olvasztott csokoládéval meglocsoljuk és eltávolítjuk a tortagyűrűt.
