Sütőtökös torta II
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A tököt nagy lyukú reszelőn lereszeljük vagy robotgépben felaprítjuk. Hozzáütjük a tojásokat, majd belekeverjük a többi hozzávalót is. (Én az egészet robotgépben csináltam, így kb. 5 perc alatt összeállt a tészta.)
Kivajazzuk a tortaformát, beleöntjük a tésztát és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb. egy óra alatt megsütjük. Tűpróbával ellenőrizzük, hogy a közepe is átsült-e.
A tetejére tehetünk cukormázat. (Az enyém sajnos lefojt, mert nem volt elég sűrű.) A cukormázhoz egy lime héját lereszeljük és belecsavarjuk a levét is. Adunk hozzá egy kanál tejfölt és annyi porcukrot szórunk hozzá, hogy sűrű masszát kapjunk.
A tetejét szárított levendulával díszítjük.
