Elkészítés:
A tészta hozzávalóit összegyúrom, és két lapot nyújtok belőle.
Az első lapot kisütöm.
A másodikat a tepsibe helyezem.
Elkészítem a tölteléket, összekeverem a száraz hozzávalókat a tojások sárgájával, majd belekeverem a felvert tojásfehérjehabot. Ezt a tölteléket a lapra simítom és 180 fokos sütőben megsütöm.
Amíg sül elkészítem a krémet.
A pudingot a cukorral felfőzöm.
A tejszínt habbá verem.
A már nem forró, kihűlt pudingba a tejszínhab felét belekeverem, és a már kisült és kihűlt tésztára rákenem.
A megmaradt tejszínhabot a krém tetejére simítom Erre kerül a kisütött süteménylap.
Egy-két óra múlva szelhető.
Porcukorral meghintve tálalom.
Mivel a tészta kisülés után kemény lesz, ezért én még melegen bevagdostam a tetejét, hogy majd szeletelésnél ne törjön meg.
