Hozzávalók:

  • 2 dl víz
  • 2 tojás
  • 1 ek. citromlé
  • 12 dkg darált mandula
  • 5 dkg szezámmagliszt
  • 3 ek. kókuszliszt
  • 1 ek. útifűmaghéj
  • 1 1/2 tk. szódabikarbóna
  • kb. 1 csapott tk. só

Elkészítés:

A száraz hozzávalókat vegyítsük el.

A tojásokat verjük fel, öntsük hozzá a vizet, a citromlevet, és keverjük bele a száraz hozzávalókat. Hagyjuk állni 5 percig, majd simítsuk a masszát egy sütőpapírral bélelt kb 30×20 centis tepsibe.

180 fokra előmelegített sütőben süssük kb 30 percet, majd rácsra borítva hagyjuk kihűlni.

Ha blansírozott mandulát használunk, akkor világosabb lesz a kenyér, mint ez is a képen, héjas mandulával pedig picit sötétebb lesz, de az íze ugyanolyan.
