A tejben addig főzzük a zabpelyhet, amíg a levét be nem issza ( kb. 10 perc). Ízlésünk szerint ízesítjük cukorral, édesítővel, gyümölcsökkel, mazsolával…stb. Langyosan vagy hidegen kínáljuk.
A nap első étkezése fel kell, hogy töltsön energiával, tartalmaznia kell vitaminokat, ásványi anyagokat, és rostokat is. Hát a zabpehely pont ilyen, és még fogyókúrázóknak is ideális.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Érdemes belőle több adagot készíteni és akkor csak elővesszük a hűtőből meglangyosítjuk és máris fogyaszthatjuk.
