Elkészítés:
A harcsafiléket sütés előtt 3órával előkészítjük.
A filéket kb. 10cm es szeletekre vágjuk,mindkét oldalát sózzuk,borsozzuk,és meglocsoljuk friss citromlével.
Tálba tesszük,lefedjük,állni hagyjuk.
3óra alatt szépen kifehéredik majd a citromos hal.
Grillen vagy serpenyőben a hal mindkét oldalát pirosra sütjük.
Egy kevés vajat tűzön megolvasztunk,és sóval borssal ízesítjük,majd pár csepp citromlevet adunk hozzá.
Ezt a vajmártást locsoljuk tálaláskor a halszeletekre.
Köretnek petrezselymes burgonyát vagy rizst, és salátát adunk hozzá.
