Az alap hozzávalóit összekeverjük, és egy tortaforma aljába nyomkodjuk. Megsüthetjük, de hagyhatjuk így is.
A krémhez robotgéppel összekeverjük az alapanyagokat, és a tortalapban lévő alapra öntjük. 170fokra előmelegített sütőben 35-40 percig sütjük. Figyeljük, hogy nehogy nagyon kiszáradjon. A lényeg, hogy belül rezgős maradjon a krém.
