Túrós pogácsa

Hozzávalók:

  • 50 dkg túró
  • 50 dkg liszt
  • 50 dkg margarin
  • 1 teáskanál só

  • reszelt sajt

Elkészítés:

A margarint szobahőmérsékleten hagyjuk felmelegedni.
A pogácsa hozzávalóit összedolgozzuk, majd pár órára,vagy egy egész éjszakára hűtőbe tesszük.

Ha kipihente magát a hűtőben, lisztezett deszkán 1cm vastagra nyújtjuk,majd pogácsa szaggatóval kiszaggatjuk.
Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsire sorakoztatjuk, a tetejét felvert tojással megkenjük, majd sóval és reszelt sajttal megszórjuk.
180 fokra előmelegített sütőben, kb. 20perc alatt készre sütjük.
