Elkészítés:
A száraz hozzávalókat egy tálba tesszük és összekeverjük. Egy másik tálba beletesszük a nedves hozzávalókat és kikeverjük.
A nedves keveréket a szárazhoz adjuk és csomómentesre keverjük.
A muffin formába muffin papírt teszünk, és minden mélyedést 3/4 részéig megtöltünk a masszával.
Megszórjuk gyümölccsel, és 180 fokra előmelegített sütőben, tűpróbáig sütjük.
