Egyszerű sült túrótorta – paleo
Hozzávalók:(kb. 21 cm formához)

Elkészítés:
Az összes hozzávalót egy tálba tesszük és simára keverjük. (Lehet a tojást szétválasztani és a felvert fehérjét külön hozzákeverni, de így is nagyon jó.)
Egy jól záródó kapcsos tortaformát kikenünk olajjal, meghintünk 1-2 evőkanál nyílgyökérporral és beleöntjük a masszát. Tortaforma helyett süthetjük kisebb tepsiben is.
170 fokra előmelegített sütőben kb. 45-50 perc alatt megsütjük. Ha a teteje nagyon gyorsan barnul, akkor takarjuk le sütőpapírral vagy alufóliával.
Hagyjuk teljesen kihűlni, majd lekvárral vagy gyümölcsszósszal kínáljuk.
