Eperkrémes habos álom
Hozzávalók:

Elkészítés:
A tojások sárgáját a 10 dkg cukorral habosra keverjük,majd hozzáadjuk a sütőporral elkevert lisztet. Végül laza mozdulatokkal beleforgatjuk a tojások kemény habját.Sütőpapírral bélelt tepsibe simítjuk (vékonyra mint egy piskótatekercs tésztáját). Előmelegített sütőben tűpróbáig sütjük.
A meleg piskótából, 10 cm köröket vagy téglalapot vágunk és félbe hajtjuk őket, így hagyjuk kihűlni.
Közben elkészítjük a krémet. Az epret megmossuk, a díszítéshez félre teszünk belőle pár szemet. A többi epret áttörjük, 10 dkg porcukorral, és a rumaromával kikeverjük.
A rámát a 10 dkg cukorral habosra keverjük, majd összedolgozzuk az eperrel. Ezzel a krémmel töltjük meg a félbehajtott piskótát, a tetejére is krémet nyomunk, és a félretett eperszemekkel díszítjük.Kínálási a hűtőben dermesztjük.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Készíthetjük kakaós piskótával is, akkor a piskótatésztához 1 csapott evőkanál kakaót keverünk. Illetve a krém is készíthető vaj/margarin helyett akár tejszínnel is. (ebben az esetben a tejszínt porcukorral és habfixálóval kemény habbá verjük, közben óvatosan hozzáadjuk a pürésített epret is)
Én a piskótát tégla formára vágom, mert így nem marad felesleges piskóta, mind felhasználom, így gazdaságos.Egy félbehajtott piskóta amit megtöltünk egy személynek bőven elég.
