Elkészítés:
Egy tálban, alaposan keverjük össze az egész tojásokat az édesítővel. Adjuk hozzá az olvasztott kókuszolajat, az olíva olajat, és keverjük habosra. A gyümölcsön kívül a többi hozzávalót is adjuk hozzá, és alaposan keverjük össze.(a legvégén a langyos tejet adjuk hozzá)
Egy 21 cm átmérőjű piteformát vékonyan kikenünk kókuszolajjal, beleöntjük a masszát, majd a tetejére szórjuk a fagyasztott gyümölcsöket. Előmelegített 175 fokos sütőben körülbelül 35-40 percig sütjük. Tűpróbával ellenőrizzük, hogy a közepe átsült-e.
Hűtsük ki, majd szeletelve tálaljuk. Langyosan is nagyon finom, például vanília fagyival vagy vanília szósszal.
Tipp / megjegyzés:
Fagyasztott erdei gyümölcsökkel sütöttem, de bármilyen otthon fellelhető gyümölccsel elkészíthető.
