Elkészítés:
A cukkinit szeletelem, a sütőtököt kockára vágom, sózom, borsozom, szórok rá kevés pirospaprikát, a cukkinire még egy kevés curryt is. Egy serpenyőben megdinsztelem.
A kagylókat sózom, borsozom, facsarok rá citromot. A fokhagymákat felszeletelem. Amikor a zöldségek már majdnem puhák, egy másik serpenyőben a fokhagymát megpirítom, ráteszem a kagylókat , és mindkét oldalukat 2-3 percig sütöm.
Tálalok. Hát nem guszta? Csodálatos szín és íz kavalkád.

Egy nem mindennapi étel azoknak, akik szeretik a tengeri herkentyűket. Nagyon egyszerű az elkészítése.Éttermekben előételként szokták a fésűkagylót felszolgálni, de a nem túl nagy étkűeknek főételként is megteszi, főleg, ha utána még valami finom desszert következik.
