A végén hozzákeverjük az olvasztott olajat, majd beleforgatjuk a kemény tojáshabot is. Nem baj, ha picit összetörik a hab, de erősen keverni nem szabad. A végeredmény úgy néz ki, mint egy folyékony piskóta tészta.
