Kókuszkrém glutén nélkül

Elkészítés:
A tejet felfőzzük a kókuszreszelékkel.
Összekeverjük a liszteket a vaníliás cukorral és amikor megpuhult a kókusz, óvatosan belekeverjük. Ha cukrot használunk, az is kerüljön a lisztkeverékbe, ha xilitet, akkor csak a tűzről levéve keverjük majd a krémhez. A lisztes kókuszos keveréket, állandó kevergetés mellett besűrítjük.
Miután kihűlt a főzött krém hozzákeverjük a felvert tejszínhabot.
Babapiskótával kibélelt tálkákba öntjük és egy éjszakára, de legalább pár órára a hűtőbe tesszük.
Ha tortakrémet szeretnénk készíteni belőle, a még meleg – de már nem forró – krémhez keverhetünk 5 dkg vajat vagy kókuszolajat és a teljes kihűléskor forgatjuk hozzá a felvert tejszínhabot. Így kicsit erősebb tartást, keményebb állagot kapunk a piskóta megtöltéséhez.
